Privacy policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share through this website.

Effective September 29, 2026

This policy explains how Trust Point IT Solutions, LLC (“TRUST POINT”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through trustpointitsolutions.com (the “site”). It covers this website only, not the services we provide to clients under separate agreements.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and message, and optionally your phone number, company name, team size, and the services you’re interested in.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss your IT needs
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you
  • To protect the site and our business against spam, abuse, and security threats

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf only as needed to provide their service:

  • Netlify hosts the site and processes contact-form submissions (including basic spam filtering).
  • Google Fonts delivers the site’s typeface. Your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • Cloudinary hosts the site’s logo and brand images. Your browser requests those images from Cloudinary, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set cookies. If you use the light/dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so it’s remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our business correspondence, and then delete them.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections and uses a strict set of browser security protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted through this site. To make a request, use our contact form and let us know what you need.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
